This plate is manufactured by Hall China and decals by Bunting with the logos of the Tri-State Pottery Festival, Hall China, Homer Laughlin, Pioneeer China and Bunting Decal proudly displayed on the surface. It was a team effort of all the above to get this piece made and in time for the Festival! Come by the Festival Headquarters or Festival Booth to purchase this piece or Stop by the East Liverpool Chamber of Commerce after the Festival. But Hurry Quanitities are Limited!
