Mailed forms must reach the Chamber of Commerce no later than Wednesday, June 16, 2010. Hand delivered forms will be accepted at the Chamber of Commerce, located at 529 Market Street in East Liverpool, no later than 12:00 Noon on June 16th. LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
ABSOLUTELY NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE TIME OF THE CONTEST.
You are NOT considered registered just by filling out the "ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM". This will only result in having a form sent to you via email or a phone call to tell you where to register. PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT THE ONLINE FORM AFTER JUNE 15TH! PLEASE GO TO THE CHAMBER TO REGISTER BEFORE NOON ON THE 16TH Thank You!

Prizes:
Engraved trophies to 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each category. The first 100 in each category receive a participation ribbon.
Judging will be based on general health, appearance and personality. Children should be dressed in normal clothing. NO SPECIAL COSTUMES.
