Coloring Contest for children 3-4: 5-7 and 8-10

Contest will be judge in the 3 age groups.
Please write Full Name, Phone Number and Age Group on back of each page entered.
PAGE WILL NOT BE JUDGE IF ALL INFORMATION IS NOT BACK OF ENTRY
Pages must be at the East Liverpool Chamber of Commerce by June 11, 2009. Winners will be notified by phone. Each winner will be able to pick up their prize at The TSPF Headquarters located in the Masonic Temple during the Festival
